L&rsquo;id\u00e9e sera se renforcer ma condition physique en augmentant encore progressivement\u00a0le nombre de s\u00e9ances fractionn\u00e9es et rythm\u00e9es. Je poursuivrais \u00e9galement le travail de renforcement musculaire bien entam\u00e9 depuis plusieurs semaines. Au boulot !\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Semaine 49<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Lundi 30\/11 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Renforcement musculaire<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">S\u00e9ance de Body art avec Aur\u00e9lien et Elisa. Excellente s\u00e9ance tr\u00e8s ax\u00e9e sur les squats. Des pompes et des exercices pour travailler les abdos \u00e9galement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mardi 01\/12 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Course \u00e0 pied (footing\/fractionn\u00e9, 1h00)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">En solo, excellente sortie dans le parc du Grand Blotterreau. Apr\u00e8s 20&prime; d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement, j&rsquo;ai fait 2*10*40s\/20s avec 3&prime; de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration entre les deux blocs. Exercice tr\u00e8s exigeant mais bilan tr\u00e8s encourageant puisque j&rsquo;ai tenu la distance. 17&prime; \u00e0 allure tranquille pour conclure ce bon entrainement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mercredi 02\/12 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Course \u00e0 pied (footing long, 1h30)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Avec Aur\u00e9lien, sortie longue d&rsquo;1h40 majoritairement sur les bords de l&rsquo;Erdre. Allure mod\u00e9r\u00e9e autour des 11 km\/h. Petite acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration sur les dix derni\u00e8res minutes. Bonnes sensations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Jeudi 03\/12 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Renforcement musculaire<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Excellente s\u00e9ance de renforcement musculaire. D&rsquo;assez bonnes sensations. Allure faible. Bras et abdos au programme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dimanche 27\/12 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Course \u00e0 pied (fartleck, 1h05)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">En solo, dans le parc de la Chantrerie, s\u00e9ance de fartleck d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e totale d&rsquo;1h05. Apr\u00e8s 20&prime; d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement, j&rsquo;ai escalad\u00e9 six fois une c\u00f4te d&rsquo;environ 200 m\u00e8tres. R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration dans le sens de la descente et squats et chaises entre les mont\u00e9es. Par la suite, apr\u00e8s 5&prime; de footing tranquille, j&rsquo;ai poursuivi ma s\u00e9ance avec 4*3&prime; allure course (16 km\/h). 10&prime; de retour au calme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Semaine 53<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Lundi 28\/12 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Renforcement musculaire (abdos, pompes, squats)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Avec Aur\u00e9lien et Jean-Fran\u00e7ois, s\u00e9ance de Body Art. Belle progression.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mardi 29\/12 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Course \u00e0 pied (footing, 40 min)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Avec Elisa, footing \u00e0 jeun de 40&prime; dans Nantes. Bord de Loire et \u00eele de Nantes au menu. Parcours un peu vallonn\u00e9 passant par Ste Luce, Thouar\u00e9, Mauves, Barbechat, Loroux Bottereau et St Julien de Concelles. Quelques belles acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations. Un peu de vent. Bonnes sensations et bonne endurance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mercredi 30\/12 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Course \u00e0 pied (footing, 30 min)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Avec Tom, footing tranquille dans Carquefou.
