Apr\u00e8s quelques jours de break sportif de fin mars \u00e0 d\u00e9but avril, j&rsquo;ai repris un entrainement r\u00e9gulier en vue d&rsquo;\u00eatre en forme pour l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve scandinave.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Semaine 18<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Lundi 02\/05 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Renforcement musculaire (abdos, bras, pompes, squats)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Avec Aur\u00e9lien, s\u00e9ance de body-art en fin de journ\u00e9e. Burpees, squats, pompes et abdos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mardi 03\/05 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Course \u00e0 pied (footing, 1h00)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Encore un peu fatigu\u00e9 de ma course \u00e0 Clisson samedi dernier, j&rsquo;ai finalement opt\u00e9 pour un footing tranquille plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance de fractionn\u00e9. 1h00 \u00e0 allure mod\u00e9r\u00e9e autour des 11,5 km\/h.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Jeudi 05\/05 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Course \u00e0 pied (footing, 40 min)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Avec Elisa, petit footing de 40&prime; dans Basse Goulaine en milieu de journ\u00e9e. Chaleur au rdv. Allure autour des 10 km\/h.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">du Jeudi 05\/05 au Dimanche 08\/05 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>s\u00e9jour Loire \u00e0 v\u00e9lo entre Nantes et Chinon avec Aur\u00e9lien (250 km)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Semaine 19<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Lundi 09\/05 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Course \u00e0 pied (footing long\/allure marathon, 2h10)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">En solo, tr\u00e8s longue sortie de plus de 26 kilom\u00e8tres entre Carquefou et Nantes. Apr\u00e8s 1h00 de footing \u00e0 une allure convenable (12 km\/h), j&rsquo;ai encha\u00een\u00e9 avec 4*10&prime; \u00e0 allure marathon. Des sensations mitig\u00e9es sur les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations. Un peu ballonn\u00e9. Pas tellement surpris \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 ce que j&rsquo;ai mang\u00e9 ces derniers jours. Rien d&rsquo;alarmant donc. J&rsquo;ai fini par une vingtaine de minutes de retour au calme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mardi 10\/05 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Cyclisme (20 km, endurance\/d\u00e9crassage)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Petite sortie cycliste pour de d\u00e9crasser apr\u00e8s la longue s\u00e9ance de la veille. 20 km en 50&prime; environ. Allure plut\u00f4t tranquille. Jambes un peu lourdes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Jeudi 12\/05 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Course \u00e0 pied (footing long\/allure marathon, 1h30)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">En solo puis avec Tom, s\u00e9ance carquefolienne d&rsquo;1h30 au total. Apr\u00e8s 20&prime; de footing inaugural, j&rsquo;ai fait 2*2000 m\u00e8tres sur piste \u00e0 allure marathon. Mes chronos 8&rsquo;59 et 8&rsquo;52. Je tablais sur 9&prime; \u00e0 la base. 1&prime; de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration entre les deux blocs. Puis j&rsquo;ai poursuivi avec 50&prime; \u00e0 allure footing (dont 30&prime; avec Tom). Sensations plut\u00f4t convenables.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Renforcement musculaire (abdos, bras, pompes, squats)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">S\u00e9ance de body-art avec Aur\u00e9lien. Pompes, squats, burpees et exercices d&rsquo;abdos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Vendredi 13\/05 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Course \u00e0 pied (footing\/fractionn\u00e9 court, 40 min) et renforcement musculaire<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Avec Aur\u00e9lien excellente s\u00e9ance de course \u00e0 pied et de renforcement musculaire sur le site de la Chantrerie. 30&prime; de footing en guise d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement puis 3 rounds d&rsquo;un circuit training de 11 exercices \u00e0 base de squats, abdos, pompes, burpees et tractions. Pour conclure la s\u00e9ance et nous achever, nous avons fait 5*30\/30 \u00e0 bloc. Excellent bilan !<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dimanche 15\/05 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Course \u00e0 pied (footing\/fractionn\u00e9 court, 55 min) et renforcement musculaire\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Avec Elisa, agr\u00e9able s\u00e9ance en d\u00e9but de soir\u00e9e sur les bords de l&rsquo;Erdre. Apr\u00e8s 20&prime; d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement, nous avons encha\u00een\u00e9 avec 3 rounds d&rsquo;un circuit training \u00e0 base d&rsquo;abdos, de squats et de pompes. L&rsquo;on a ensuite continu\u00e9 avec 6*30\/30 en c\u00f4tes. Enfin 20&prime; \u00e0 allure mod\u00e9r\u00e9e pour conclure cette belle sortie sous le soleil.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Semaine 20<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Lundi 16\/05 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Renforcement musculaire (abdos, bras, pompes, squats)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">S\u00e9ance de body art avec Aur\u00e9lien. Abdos, bras, pompes et squats.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Jeudi 19\/05 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Course \u00e0 pied (footing, 45 min)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Footing soft de 45&prime; dans Copenhague sous le soleil. Sensations correctes.
